Our customer service center's hours of operation are from JST. 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. / 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.. (Except for Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, Golden Week holidays, Obon holidays and year-end and new year.)
